Memorial services for Don L. Pinkston, 64, of Waskom, Texas, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday,

March 14, 2015, in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home with the Rev. Eric Peyton officiating.

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.,

Friday, March 13, 2015, at Downs Funeral Home. Mr. Pinkston passed away March 11, 2015, at his home.

Don Pinkston was born March 22, 1950, in Center, Texas, to Bob Farmer Pinkston and Mildred Cariker

Pinkston.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Waskom. Don married Nancy Karen Peak, and they

were blessed with three sons. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was manager at

Moore Plumbing Supply. Surviving Don are his wife, Karen Pinkston of Waskom;

three sons, Brad Pinkston and wife, Amber, of Dallas, Texas, Ben Pinkston and wife, Rikilee,

of Stephenville, Texas, and Blake Pinkston of Marshall; brother, Jerry Pinkston and

wife, Barbara, of Center, Texas; sister, Sharon Pinkston Roberts of Nacogdoches, Texas;

grandchild, Brooks Pinkston; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Don was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Robert Neel "Bobby" Pinkston.
