RUSTON, La. - Memorial services will be held for Jerry P. Seilhan, 67, of Dubach, Louisiana, on Friday, May 7, 2010, at 10 a.m. The service will be held at Christ Community Church in Ruston, Louisiana, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston and presided over by Bro. Len Woods and Bro. Norman Bryant.

Jerry was born December 4, 1942, in Alice, Texas. He was preceded in death by parents, James Willard and Ione Seilhan; his grandparents, Gustave and Olympia Seilhan; and a brother, Lawrence Seilhan.

Coach Seilhan died on May 3, 2010, at Saint Francis Hospital in Monroe, Louisiana. He was a beloved husband and father. He was an inspirational teacher and coach at Dubach High School currently and several schools in Texas. He is survived by wife, Dianne Vinson Seilhan; children, Melanie Seilhan Fleeman, Scott Seilhan, Brendan Seilhan, Phillip and Michelle Miller and Blake and Erin Foster. His beautiful grandchildren are Madison, Chandler and Trinity Fleeman, Alyssa and Nicholas Seilhan, Caleb, Anna-Kate and Savannah Miller, and Kinsley and Kylie Foster. He has a brother, John Evan Seilhan and sister, Cheryl Bowen.

A visitation will be held today, May 6, 2010, from 5-7 p.m. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston, Louisiana.
