Randy was one of my Pledge Brothers....Fall '67. I remember his green car....it was cool. It was either a Plymouth or something similiar and it was fast. Enjoyed be a Pledge Brother with Randy. Remember saving seats at the football stadium for the Actives, decorating for parties, hanging out at Clyde and Bernies, and just being ourselves. Randy was a good guy....no doubt about it. Went to his funeral and remember eating those sandwiches at his burger/sandwich shop. RIP Randy......you had your fork in your hands on your last journey on earth as you knew the best was yet to come.
It was a Dodge with a 413 and 4 speed. He let me take it home when I had a family emergency and I was forever grateful. When our pledge class jumped Kyle out in a parking lot and took him for a little walk about, Randy and I hid at his place knowing there would be severe retaliation. Sure nuff, about 3 in the morning someone started knocking on the door and saying they were the police............open up. A good guy....
